Q: iPhone????
I am planning on getting the iphone when it comes out. I would like to know a few things about it. What are the pros and cons of getting it? Anything would be helpful!

A: Here are a couple of links to look at:
http://gizmodo.com/5015052/iphone-3g-complete-coverage
and
http://apple.com/iphone
Basically this new version has faster internet, GPS navigation and ability to download(buy) applications such as games.
The Phone will cost $199 for 8GB $299 for 16GB. Then you will have to buy a voice plan for at least $39.99/month along with a Data plan for $30/month for unlimited web surfing, then a text messaging plan for $5-$15/month.
Expect to pay $80+/month for the full service plan. I would expect AT&T will let you drop the data plan and just use this as a sweet touch screen phone.
The phone has a very smooth UI which is fun to use, but lacks some basic features that might be very important for some. For example, it doesn't have picture messaging which is very important for some people but not for others. There might be an application that someone will create to accomplish this, but you will likely have to pay for it.
Take a look at the links above, there is a great deal of information out there. I will likely buy the 3G iPhone when it comes out, but might wait to see if there are some applications to buy that will fill in the missing pieces first.
Good luck with your decision.

how do i foword text messegess cos sum 1 sent me a text and i wanted to sent that text to sum1 else but i dont know how to do it so can u help me?and my phone is a iphone
A: As of right now, you cannot forward text messages on the Iphone. It's one of my biggest complaints about the iphone, next to the fact you can't send or receive multi media messages.
Hopefully Apple will release an update that will allow us to do more with text messaging on the Iphone.

Q: Does the iphone internet works exactly like the one on the computer?
I'm planning to buy an iPhone. But before i do that i need to find out if the iphone can view every website just like the one on the computer. Does Safari support all websites including JAVA and flash players. Can i view Youtube and pics and other videos on the Iphone using the interent website? One last thing how long does it take for a page to load?
A: Yes and Yes. The internet is the internet. Regardless of sign - on source.
Q: How much is the iphone in the philippines?
I want to buy the original or the one that is made in china. whatever that is better..
does the iphone features all working in philippines?
and what does unlocked iphone means?
A: The price of 8GB unlocked iPhone inPhilippines is nearly $550 - 600. The original iPhone is much durable and looks awesome than the one made in China. Unlocked iPhone means the SIM is unlocked and you can use with anyother network other than AT&T. If you need unlocked iPhone both used and brand new, you can definitely mail me and the price is much lower than the one at your place.
Q: Why does the iphone need to be on a wifi connection to acess itunes music store?
I understand wifi and everything, but there is one thing I don't get. How come apple made the iphone music store that you have to be on wifi to access it? I know that edge access would be slower, but that can't really be an excuse. Edge and wifi use the same internet, so why can't both access the itunes store?
A: Data transfer rates to the device itself. On the edge network, the chance of the data stream being interrupted before it can complete is higher, because of the size of file. They don't want to have to argue with people about lost transfers, and refunds, etc..

Q: How many songs will I be able to store in an 8 gigabyte iPhone?
Apple will release a 4 gigabyte iPhone and an 8 gigabyte iPhone on June 2007. I was planning on buying an iPod for my birthday present but now that I heard the iPhone it left me breathless. Do you recommend me to wait and buy the iPhone or should I get an iPod? I want to know how many songs I could store with an 8 gigabyte iPhone.
A: 1 Gigabyte equals 1 024 megabytes... songs are usually measured in megabytes. It depends on the size of the songs... For Example Track 1 = 6.1MG (megabytes). If you have the 8 Gigabyte you would have 8,185.9 megabytes left. Which is alot. I pod holds about the same information, without the calling emailing txt ect.
Q: The iPhone is goign to be a truly remarkable device! How much do you know about it?
Im getting an iPhone for x-mas and I cant wait! How much do you know about the iPhone? Please tell.
A: I only know this much about it:
http://www.apple.com/iphone/
Q: How much is the iPhone with internet and unlimited text messaging?
Okay, so I really want the iPhone, but I don't understand the billing. If I do get it i'd probably get internet and unlimited text messaging. How much do you think it'll be? Can somebody please explain to me how the billing would be? Thanks!
A: With the iPhone all internet usage is included in the plan price. All data usage is included. The price of the bill is completely dependent on which plan you choose. That in turn will determine how much your total will be once you add in unlimited text messaging. Unlimited messaging by itself costs $20. However, many plans have unlimited messaging included in the cost of the plan. The best thing to do would be to go to at&t's site and look.
Q: What are the disadvantages of using the iphone w T mobile?
I want to get an iphone but i dont want to leave T mobile. I know i can get someone to unlock the phone for me but what would be the downside to doing that? Also if anyone has an iphone can you tell me what you DONT like about it. Thanks.
A: 1) Unlocking the phone means that it will not be covered under any warranty if something happens
2) The visual voicemail would not work on T-Mobile the way it does with AT&T
Most features will work exactly the same. The iPhone is a really good phone, but here are the disadvantages.
1) Very expensive
2) High monthly payments with all the internet payments etc.
3) Battery is not replacable
4) It does not have 3G
5) Does not have any external memory. Only internal. So if something happens all your data is gone
6) It does not shoot videos
7) I don't think it has a flash for the camera
8) Has no build in radio
9) And many other deficits
I would not recommend getting it with T-Mobile and I would not recommend switching to AT&T either. You will see how they will rip you off with your bills.
Wait for phones to come out with T-Mobile. They haven't had new phones really that have come in recently, so they will over the next month. If you need internet maybe you might consider the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. It should also be available in a couple of months but I'm not sure about the carrier.
Smaller phones are the Motorola Rokr E8 that might actually come to T-Mobile real soon. It's like an iPod nano.
So as I said, almost all features would work with T-Mobile, but it's your choice if it's worth it to you.
Q: How much is an Iphone in the Philippines?
How much is an Apple Iphone in the Philippines in US Dollars and Pesos? I am planning to buy one in March, should they be available here in the Philippines by that time? Will it cost a lot if you use internet and e-mail?
A: 399 US dollars or Php14,640 .-Php 15000. It's cheaper if you buy it here than to buy it from the net.
Q: How well does the iPhone work with other cell phone providers?
Like if the iPhone was unlocked and you used T-Mobile as your provider. Will it work just as good? What if I do the cheapest plan will everything work, like the internet?
A: well if ya unlock the phone you will void the warranty. Yeppers Apple can tell too. When a firmware or update is sent out and it can be monthly depending on what updates they feel the need to send out it can relock the phone ..and make it a brick.
Also if you swap sim cards .. will also relock the phone
I just dont understand wanting to risk $399 to see if it will work and what happens when it doesnt!
Q: How much does activation cost for an iphone?
I am planning on buying an iphone but, I want to know about how much it is going to cost me. How much is the iphone itself, how much is activation, and how much is the annual bill going to cost?
A: Iphone - $499 4g, $599 8g.
Activation - $35/$36?
Bill - depends on what plan you get.
